The tracker gives each invoice one row and each payment one row. It computes the due date, balance, days past due and aging bucket, and moves every open invoice to the next step whose date has arrived: five emails at the offsets you set, then the demand letter. Invoices on a payment plan leave the sequence and their installments are tracked on their own tab. The Dashboard shows outstanding by bucket and by client, the steps due now or this week, accounts to pause and installments due.
